During my stay at the hotel, I unfortunately experienced a highly distressing incident. My car was broken into, which left me feeling extremely unsafe and violated. This incident has left a lasting negative impression on my overall experience at the hotel. As a result, I cannot in good conscience recommend this establishment to anyone else, and I will definitely not be staying there again. It is crucial for hotels to prioritize the safety and security of their guests, and this unfortunate incident highlights a significant failure in that regard.

Everything was great and the staff was nice and knowledgeable. Facilities were very clean. I love staying at TRU and this one did not disappoint. My family enjoyed the board games and pool table in the lobby. The snack choices were plentiful.

I loved the modern look and feel of the facility. I also loved that they had social activities for guests and served breakfast until 10am.

I didn't like that sounds traveled in the hallways very easily and there wasn't much parking near the front doors (maybe 30 spots max, incl. accessible spots). Other parking was available in a side parking lot, but that would not allow you to park where you could easily keep an eye on your vehicle if desired.

Great location, the breakfast was great and all the staff was friendly and helpful. The shower was large and there was plenty of space in the bathroom.

This is just personal preference; the mattress was too firm. It was inconvenient to have to go downstairs for the microwave (which stayed dirty) I thought I had requested a handicap room. I would suggest adding an additional bar in the showers and a fold down seat
