Overall the stay was fine but a little improvement is always good.

Breakfast was included.

My floor was noisy during the night when I was trying to sleep. Also, there was no clock in the room.

I assumed that it was close to Virginia Beach however it was 30 minutes away,but that was my fault.

Exceptional

In order to catch an early flight, we thought wed miss breakfast according to the noted breakfast hours, however, to our delight, breakfast was served earlier (6:00 am). We definitely will stay here again. The staff is exceptionally friendly and accommodating.

Disappointing

Good location

The lady that checked us in told us there would be a $40 hold which turned out to be $120 hold, the room had burn marks and stains on the floor and wall, the AC was leaking so bad the floor was wet, the water took 26 minutes to get hot in the shower and when we called about it they told us to just wait it out it was kind of disappointing this was a birthday celebration and we expected better.
