We canceled another location and booked here. We were happy with our stay.

We loved the lobby area. The pool table was a hit with our family. My son bought one when we arrived home.

We needed a place to put our suitcase and could have used more towels and wash clothes.

European style new hotel for dogs dont expect great customer service.

Minimalistic new European style, basic with the essential for short stay. This property is a dog hotel. 2am dogs barking, take them out to do their thing. I dont know if all the time or because it was December 27 through December 31. 2023. The hotel lost our Booking.com reservation. The personnel there should not be selling hamburgers or serving the public anywhere. The only person I could speak to was a blonde older lady one night. Took us 35 minutes to get a key. Attitude was subpart. Disappointed with this Hotel. The fire pit outside was great.

Breakfast, personnel, Maybe because it was end of December during Holiday. Its a dog Hotel Im allergic to pets. Its not a Hilton more like a Holiday Inn express.

Clean rooms. Enough parking,

Lack of hospitality. Poor interactions with staff. Noisy room. Unexpected charges, Difficulties with Hilton app. (email differences, non-matching confirmation number). Room black out curtain had problems: poor quality, hangs on edges)

Great value, good quality hotel.

The hotel overall was great! Friendly staff and great location 12 minutes from downtown.

We had to change rooms once due to a faulty toilet and the second room was nice until we played down in bed and there was lots of hair in the sheets of the bed and both my partner and I have shaved heads. This was disgusting!

Bryan from the Front Desk was great ,the employees that serve breakfast and the housekeeping staff were attentive also. The hotel is very clean and the bedroom and bathroom were clean ..clean. The location is far from Downtown and the Biltmore Estates ...the person staying there must have a car. Not many restaurants around it, Waffle House was right next to it. Thank you

There was no water running through the hotel my last day ..that was terrible. Also maybe to include some kind of entertainment ..I will like breakfast to be extended to 10 am. Thank you
