DO NOT STAY HERE - Property was filthy and owner and booking.com unhelpful in efforts to resolve.

Nothing. Even the upload of this review wouldn't permit us to lodge all photos!

The key issue was the dirty, unclean and unhealthy state of the property which was presented, and would not be satisfactory for any reasonable person. This was was clearly evident within minutes of our arrival at the property and we quickly established that the accommodation was unfit for our potential stay and did not meet the description as presented on booking.com. The nature of the accommodation offered was clearly substandard and unsatisfactory for that advertised, and this was a misrepresentation of the quality and state of the property, which cost over $300 per night. We left the property within 30-40 minutes of arrival and did not utilise any facilities. Whilst the owner offered to have property cleaned and engaged cleaner it was clear that any such remediation works would be extensive and in our view unsatisfactory being both a further and lengthy inconvenience and loss of enjoyment on our behalf. A number of the issues evident could not be resolved quickly. These included but not restricted to: Kitchen area food scraps on floor in numerous spots Fridge food and liquid spills; food scraps and mould; and hair evident inside Microwave food splattered and scraps inside Oven used tray and baking paper full of grease inside; dirty on front, oven door interior dirty Cutlery top 2 draws, food scraps and hair evident; food and/or liquid spills evident; dirty cutlery Sink not clean, grime on taps and basin clearly uncleaned Bin lid filthy from food scraps and/or liquid spills Pantry numerous dirty and out of date items, tea or coffee spills There were serious shortcomings with the accommodation and whilst we endeavoured to negotiate for a resolution with both the owner and booking.com neither satisfactorily addressed our concerns.

Very close to shops, restaurants, bakery. The townhouse was super clean and comfortable. Really enjoyed our stay.

convenient and quite location to Cowes shopping and food precinct. great facilities with ample room for a big family.

a few hiccups with cleaning that previous guests didnt adhere to but overall acceptable.

overall, this accomodation made it extremely easy to travel with a baby which is usually not the case. in my opinion wha

very child friendly. From inbuilt baby gate, free portacot to use, huge bath, large living area, childrens books and toys for use, it really felt like a home away from home and when the kids are well taken care of mum and dad can relax!

I thought our baby could use the yard but it was concrete and gravel so my children didnt use the yard at all and therefore we needed to leave the Accom to give them exercise or have some outdoor time which wasnt ideal with a toddler who naps but it was very close to everything so walking a short distance outside for a play was not a problem when it fit in our schedule.
