Absolutely incredible hotel from check-in to check-out. The room was fantastic and had everything we could need, the breakfast was perfect and the staff was very help and kind.

SADLY AVERAGE. ONE THING CAN SPOIL A WHOLE TRIP.

BESIDES THE NIGHTMARE OF FINDING THE LOCATION, GETTING BACK TO IN THAT CONFUSING NEIGHBORHOOD OF CIRCULAR HIGHWAYS, POORLY DEFINED AND LABELED AND SIGNS, OR RATHER NO SIGNS TO DIRECT ONE. THERE WAS TROUBLE WITH MY PRE_PAID RESERVATION @ DESK AND CLEARING UP ACCOUNT AT CHECK OUT> NEVER DO PRE_PAID AGAIN. I WAS PERSONALLY TROUBLED BY AWFUL SMELL OF FRYING BACON COMING INTO MY ROOM FROM SOME UNKNOWN SOURCE, AND DID NOT LIKE THE SCENT OF CHEAP JEAN NATE OR WHATEVER TO MAKE ROOM SMELL 'BETTER'. THE WEDDING DRESS UP CLOTHES SMELLED OF THE ABOVE WHEN I WENT TO GET DRESSED FOR EVENT. I SMELLED LIKE BACON FAT THE WHOLE TIME. PERSONALLY I WISH HOTELS WOULD GET THAT SPRAYING SCENTED COLOGNE IN ROOMS IS DISLIKED AND EVEN DANGEROUS FOR MANY PEOPLE WITH ASHTMA AND LUNG DISEASES, AND THERE ARE BETTER NON SCENTED AND HYPOALLERGENIC PRODUCTS ON THE MARKET TO USE. STEP UP TO THE TIMES. YOU COULD ALSO STEP UP TO RECYCLING IN THESE MODERN TIMES, AS THERE WAS MUCH PLASTIC PRODUCT WASTE.

I never stayed the staff was rude and called me names.

The woman at the front desk was nasty. I had a confirmation from Booking.com and she claimed there was no room and they were all sold out. I got Booking on the phone and she was nasty to them as well. I found another hotel and left her on the phone with them.

We would highly recommend the hotel to others.

Everything! The facilities were great. The staff was outstanding!

The coffee in the room was weak and didnt taste good. Fortunately , coffee was made daily at 4am, so that Made up for the room coffee. The continental breakfast was well worth the cost of the room.
