Very Pleasant

Location was very convenient as Plymouth Rock was just down the street. Our room was very spacious, with a couch, office desk, etc. Surprisingly quiet for being on a main road. Exceptionally clean. The common areas had a light refreshing smell. Breakfast was good, however, the pancake machine was out of service, but plenty of other choices.

Nothing to do with the hotel, but there were no restaurants open on Christmas. Thinking it was a tourist town, something would have been open.

Could of been better but the staff rude and my bathroom had hair everywhere on the floor

The breakfast was nice but the staff was rude the receptionist were rude and not helpful the housekeepers didnt speak any English some of them and some of the other ones were rude didnt even clean my room just gave me some more towels

The room was a little pricey. However, our stay was very nice; and we would definitely come back.

The location was convenient to town. The agent at the front desk was excellent. She was pleasant and friendly and paid attention to the special request on my reservation. Also, she gave me a map of Plymouth and a TV channel guide, and she was able to answer any questions that I had about the area.

Breakfast was good except that instead of serving eggs two different ways, one of the chafing dishes could have had some kind of breakfast potatoes. The same with two different types of sausages. One of those chafing dishes, perhaps, could have had bacon.

Very nice

Excellent selection for breakfast items. Nicely presented and always restocked

1) It would have been nice to have a mirror in the bathroom on an extension warm so I could see the back of my hair. 2) I was watching my 2 grandchildren for my daughter and brought them into the pool for a for a swim. The staff stated they could not go in the pool, but I told they were staying in my room and would be picked up later that night. That seemed to be okaybut really she did not need to say anything.

I recommend a stay here. The bed alone is worth it.

The most comfortable bed I ever had at a hotel!

The ratings would go up if you simply painted the hotel room doors. The color and wear made the experience seem cheap and unclean at first. Really, its just the doors.
