Beds extremely comfortable. Food was lovely. Quiet hotel and bedroom. Central location and large car park

Had booked wheelchair accessible room with wet room facilities. When we arrived allocated room with bath which I had specifically stated was not suitable for our needs. Moved the next day to a new room which had wet room. Issue with shower chair as was not under shower head and controls too far away for wheelchair user to access. The night manager Bill asked me to jot down my recommendations so as to improve service which I have done. Overall a good experience particularly for my husband's first trip to the United States and he being a wheelchair user

Convenient location

I liked how our accommodations were changed as our first room was NOT to our liking at all since it had a musty dog smell, stains on the furniture, and bathroom/toilet was not cleaned well enough

Cloth furniture in room and breakfast area are stained. Need to use other fabric that can be cleaned easily. Didnt like the wire baskets for drawers

The room ( nr. 316) was very noisy, by the ongoing ventilation and insufficient isolation of the door. Very bad!! And paid $450 for the room for 1 night
