Best place Ive stayed in Thailand

Modern bungalows well put together. Location is great, close to everything you need, 5 minute walk to beach, but set back of the road so feels more secluded than other properties I saw. Property was immaculate. Great big shower head, and lovely modern bathroom. Owner was really nice and helpful, also English good so he can help with making arrangements, taxis etc which was very useful. Overall excellent value for money and will be returning :)

Clean, large, spacious bungalows. Great value for the price. About 500m walk to the beach. Very nice and helpful staff, I'd definitely recommend booking here.

Some rooms have fewer shelves or storage space so that could be improved, but it's really a minor thing.

Nice bungalow 5 mins walking to the beach. The bed is comfy and the bathroom is big, Reading the reviews we requested to get a room far away from the noisy bar that you can hear at the end of the bungalows and Wattson the host gave us a room in a quiet area. He also can arrange activities and scooter for 250 Bath a day. Overall Im satisfied with the place and I would go back!

There is a cockerel singing every morning but didnt bother me as its part of the environment

Very nice and modern bungalows, spacious and well equipped. Comfy beds. Surrounded by a garden and trees in a very calm environment at the end of a road. Walking to beach 3 min, to main road 2 min, more restaurants in walking distance than you could ever try. Everything else you might need like dive center, mini market or motor bike rental close by. Watson, the owner was very nice and helpful with all my needs.

There is an event arena in the area which sometimes plays loud music. This usually happens during the evenings, and only on some days. But if you are a light sleeper and have problems with noise, this might bother you. I personally didn't care, the air condition was almost as loud.

I would completely recommend staying with Wattson and his family, the place is very nice and you can feel how they take care of everything with love and dedication. Beach is 2min walk and there are plenty of places to eat around. I'm not giving a 10 because there's some noise from the bars and pubs around during the night, but nothing you can't solve with earplugs and usually not until too late. If I come back to Koh Lanta I'll stay here again

Great bungalow with clean furniture and good location. The shower has great temperature control and water pressure. The host was very kind and helpful with booking trips, ferries and scooter rentals for us. Would recommend!

Wattson the guy managing it, is such a sweet and helpful man. He came with good suggestions throughout my stay and he also helped me A LOT when I unfortunately had an accident on the island. The bungalow was very nice to stay in and super clean. I never so any bugs, which I was happy about.

I got the bungalow furthest down to the right, which is very close to a bar that plays pretty loud music until 1 am almost each day. If you are very sensitive to sounds, I would just ask for one on the left side or top right side :) I went to sleep late everyday though, so for me it was a not a big problem.

Excellent

Mr. Wattson was very friendly and helpful throughout. Our bungalow was beautiful and clean. It included a small balcony with a hammock. The bathroom was large. The beach is only a short walk away.

The resort is reached via a dirt road that can get bumpy and slippery, especially when it's rainy. The shower didn't drain well.
