Superb

A very relaxing time in a friendly apartment hotel in central Nerja.

This was our second visit so that's a recommendation in itself. The location is perfect being very centrally located in Nerja with most things being just a few minutes walk away including the beaches and promenade. The apartment was comfortable and equipped with a small kitchenette including a small hob, fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Our balcony gave a view of the pool and the sea beyond where we often saw dolphins. Victor and Eva on the reception desk were very helpful to us both ahead of our stay and while we were there. Guests seem to be very friendly which makes for a better experience.

Breakfast is served on the terrace overlooking the sea which is wonderful. There's a reasonable range of hot and cold breakfast options available but some things such as roasted vegetables seemed not to be topped up when finished. The rooms are in typical Spanish style having tiled floors throughout. Unfortunately moving furniture around on the floors produces a lot of noise which reverberates into adjoining apartments. It would be so much better to have felt fibre pads affixed to table and chair legs removing such unnecessary noise at a stroke. There is a gym available for an additional charge but the equipment is limited and needs a bit of TLC.

Perfect for enjoying the centre of Nerja

Wonderful location to enjoy New Year on the Balcn de Europa, and to explore Nerja from the central point. Varied and fresh breakfast overlooking the sea, and the serving staff were welcoming and polite. Victor on reception was so helpful and friendly. Would definitely revisit.

You pay extra (6 each) for the indoor pool which was chilly, the gym equipment was basic and in some cases, faulty.

Lovely Christmas holiday

Had a lovely room but when an upgrade to suite became available we took it, fabulous sea view and balcony. Staff were very helpful in facilitating the move, thanks in particular to Ava.

Fantastic

Ver friendly and helpful staff. Lovely room, cleaned daily, very comfortable with excellent facilities. Breakfast buffet was very good. Excellent location, 10 meters from the Balcn.

Very good

The hotel was lovely, the staff were very accommodating and it was a great central location for elderly family members who struggle with mobility. They opened to pool and sauna for me and breakfast was fantastic.

Rooms were a little noisy, but that's the price for a central location. Onky improvement would be a kettle our family had one in the room we did not, and somewhere to dry clothes in the winter, they did not dry in the room. And there were no radiators and you couldn't use the balcony. Overall highly recommend and would stay again
