Very good

Nice hotel with a welcoming atmosphere. Good location.

Location great and with its own stairs to the beach. The whole style of the place was colonial with great views. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Amenities close by. Easy walking distance to city centre. Breakfast was excellent. Staff very helpful.

Bathroom was outdated. No minibar and fridge seen better days. Maybe thats why they closed the hotel for renovation just after we left. Paid extra for a better room but didnt find it as good as we expected. Other rooms in that class seemed better. Maybe just bad luck.

A little bit of paradise, just needing some TLC.

Location couldn't be better. Right above the beach with steps down and just a few minutes walk into the town center. Breakfast had everything you'd expect, hot and cold. Many options. The lady who ran the breakfast most of the days we were there was so friendly and very attentive. Lovely peaceful place. Only 18 rooms and privacy is pretty much guaranteed. Pet friendly and the dogs were so well behaved at breakfast, friendly and always under control. A neighbor's cat also visited daily and I made great friends with her. We stayed in the villa suite which was spacious and had beautiful Spanish wood furniture and doors. Really could be a grand and impressive suite with a little more focus on the layout, furniture and interior design.

Some of the facilities are in need of repair or TLC. The pool was closed for maintenance, the bubble bath in the room was broken. There are quite a lot of steps in the grounds and many of these and the outdoor tiles were broken or cracked/unstable. As I was with my 82 year old Mum, it was something that caused me concern and I felt the need to hang on tight to her in case of trips. The bathroom below reception needs some safety notices and lighting that properly indicates the unexpected step at the main door. It's a bit of a safety concern. I believe the owners are making changes for maintenance when closed over Christmas so I hope some of these are attended to.

Superb

Great place and location. Old fashioned but in a good way. Room we had was big and comfortable but getting a little bit worn. Didnt matter but slightly odd given that everything else was great. Excellent breakfast on superb terrace overlooking the sea.

High cost of garage (20) per night. Pets 10 each. Understand extra cleaning but not based on each. Elsewhere usually 10 for 1 or 2. Didnt matter as only staying for one night but.....

Our room, view and time at the Hotel was the most special time of our trip to Spain.

The view could not been any more spectacular.

Walking down to the beach was a little strenuous and unexpected.

Best hotel in Nerja!

Right on Burriana beach, views are fabulous. This is a quirky hotel with simple facilities but great character and location. Suites are large and great value and everything scrupulously clean.
