Simply wonderful

The villa was lovely with a nice shady garden and balcony with a distant sea view. Manishankar was an exceptional host who could not have been more helpful and kind. If I come back I will definitely stay here again. The room was comfortable and clean and there was a lovely breeze from the sea which kept it cool. Anything at all that you need just ask Manishankar and he will provide it for you! He collected me from the bus and dropped me off at the railway station on departure.

Mr Mani is an amazing host and a humble person. He made sure that I was comfortable throughout my stay. Also, the room was neat and clean. The homestay is near the serenity beach.

The room was really clean and the location although in an isolated place, was a nice and peaceful place. And the cost was reasonable.

The bed had no bedsheets. That was a big negative. Other than that, the stay was pretty good compared to the cost.

The host was too kind and friendly. He always made sure we were okay. He even offered us coffee in the morning. I might stay again only for the wonderful hospitality and service (ps: if the price is reduced)

The location is far from the centre. Considering the location and the amenities offered, cost for the room was way too much.

The stay was very pleasant and it didn't feel like we were an outsider staying there. It completely felt like home. We really liked staying here. Mani was very friendly and was always checking in with us for all the necessities in prior. He also helped us with places to visit in and around pondicherry as well. It's a real homestay. I would definitely prefer to revisit and stay whenever I'm going to Pondicherry. I just slightly missed having a tv which didn't seem to bother me at all, cause we were out all day and tired all night. Friendly owners, cute kittens, fresh greenery, blossomed flowers, rustic stairs etc. And at silent nights you hear soothing waves from the sea which is very calming on the terrace. Everything was perfect.

Everything was intact! Nothing bad. The only concern was that there were guys alternatively drinking opposite to the stay everyday which kept me alert at all times which again has nothing to do with the stay. Because the stay has 24/7 working cameras, gates and doors locked which helped me feel safe inside. Hope there is some action taken from all the residents across.

Just my feelings

Mr. Mani Shankar, the proprietor is a man beyond words. His Hospitality is like rose touching . The person just touches your heart deep. The property is in a solitary place but give you a divine peace fulfilling your aim of travel.
