The hotel is more beautiful in reality than in the pictures, spotlessly clean and has perfect location. The staff was super helpful, especially Ilios who provided great recommendations. And as a bonus, they have the best rooftop bar in Mykonos with live music. We would definitely come back!

Excellent location, design and value and wonderful staff

The location is perfect in the old town/port area - central and within a short walking distance of pretty much everything - yet not in a really noisy area. The service was amazing - the team organised a taxi to collect us from the airport, and one of the team met us on the outskirts of the pedestrian zone of the old town to walk us to the hotel and help with bags. We really werent expecting that so was a really nice touch. Everyone was so friendly and helpful - from all the hotel amenities, to restaurant recommendations and reservations- noting was too much trouble. Every member of staff gave 110% we came towards the end of the season and Im sure everyone ready for the break, but the team were fresh and as helpful as da1 of the season. The hotel was immaculate- like it had just been painted that morning. And all the little extras in the room were really good Ie Claris products, complimentary tea/coffee/water - gorgeous chenille style slippers! The whole experience was fabulous.

The sunset bar was a bit disappointing- we didnt realise there was a minimum spend (60) to sit on the higher/rear tables. Sat at the front where other people kept standing in front of us for their Insta poses. Very annoying. Would have been better to wander up for the windmills with some fizz from the shop outside the hotel and experienced it for free!!

Horrible room great location

We are very unhappy as to no access to get to hotel and had to walk 5 minutes toting luggage ..when get to hotel 20 flights of stairs and 20 more to get to room Horrible!!!!! The sky bar only open from 7-9 pm and the shower in room is totally open to everyone and the robes only are in size med so if you are over size 10 ladies they are too small we called and said that was all they have men would never fit in this robe
