Disappointing

I was glad that we at least had a bed to sleep on. That and the location were the only things I can honestly say that I liked or enjoyed.

Communication, or the lack there of. And the fact that there was $100 per night deposit. The person that checked us in was less than pleasant. I reserved a Q room, but got a K bed in a room about 150 sq ft. We barely had room to walk around the bed. I understand that the rooms are going to be smaller than average, due to lack of space in NYC. However, the best thing would be to use a smaller bed in a small room.

Very good

Location was ideal. Facilities were new and modern. Efficient use of space. Room was clean. Maid service did a great job. Bed was comfortable.

Room was small. Had to keep luggage on floor. Had a difficult time regulating room temp. Refrigerator was full of drinks without information as to cost. Had to pull items out to make room for my items. No coffee maker in the room. No mention of ice machine. The tv is in the mirror, the picture never felt bright.

Dont do it!

It needed a lot of updates! Very dark. The bathroom was terrible! The sink would clog just when the water ran to wash your hands. The tub was ridiculous!And the service personnel was so rude when we called for ice they yelled at us when he delivered it! Never again!

Many things! The rooms were incredibly loud with constant noise from the facilities. The walls were so full so could hear people in the room next to us The rooms were not clean with the bedding having stains on it The television did not work The plugs let out sparks

When we checked in, there was 1 towel in the room. The TV did not work. The bathroom sink had started to separate from the wall, and did not drain properly. The bathroom door was mis-aligned and did not close properly ( probably due to the cracked threshold). One of the night lamps fell off and was dangling by its electrical cord.

The location was perfect- super closer to subways and time square! The rooms were always cleaned for us and the staff was super friendly and helpful. There was a complimentary wine and cheese the entire week we stayed there. It was great

Staff was great! Very helpful and accommodating. Also enjoyed the convenience of the complimentary breakfast.

The room! Oh my goodness. It was SO small. There was no place to unpack things (other than the closet which in and of itself was not spacious). No drawers. No place to put cosmetics and other such items in the bathroom except on top of the toilet. It wasn't until our 3rd day there that I realized there were glasses I could use in the bathroom (although I don't know where I'd put one) but were on a table in the far end of the room--not in the bathroom. I know we got a small room but this was really...frustrating. Fortunately, we did not travel to NYC to stay in a room.
