Disappointing

Would not stay again due to cleanliness!

Location and free gym access

Cleanliness was appalling. The bed sheets were extremely stained with huge patches. Before we noticed the sheets there were little things around the room that didnt make it feel that clean. We were given a new room which was apparently an upgrade but much smaller room size smaller bed and space. We had a balcony room for both so it didnt feel like an upgrade just because the view was a bit better. This stay was for our honeymoon and we didnt feel like our money was well spent and didnt look forward to returning to the hotel after a long day of exploring. When we checked out and told the member of staff on shift how the stay went she deflected the conversation to explaining to us what the room types were next time we stay. That is not what the issue was the issue was the blood and body fluid patches on the bed sheets and shower being cold after a few minutes. We wouldnt stay here again and initially were attracted to it based on previous reviews which we didnt share the same experience. We do have photos but wont bother sharing them.

Loved all the windows and balcony! The size of the bathroom was amazing - lots of shelves to store things around sink and in the shower (great for traveling with 2 teenage girls).

A fan in the bathroom would be nice.

The location was perfect. We were just a few blocks away from everything. The staff was amazing everytime you walked in or left the hotel. We will definitely be back

Very good

Staff was great and quick to respond. Room was comfortable. Location was great for us, very close to Grand Central Station.

Bath towels were skimpy and could have been better. Hot water wasn't working when I showered early morning. I let the staff know and it was okay an hour later.

Excellent, front desk is the face and give first impression of any establishment, i myself is also in the industry and i

Skyline Junior suite was really nice, spacious and comfortable. Front desk was welcoming and friendly at all times!

Unfortunately, the last day of stay and still in bed in the morning, probably the housekeeping been cleaning the room across ours but they kept on banging the door in & out for hours. Maybe next time they have to be more aware of which room is occupied and that they still have guests to consider. Other than that the rest of stay was wonderful.
