Cool interior and comfortable bed

Bathrooms were lacking some extra toiletries like eg. Cotton pads. For this price it would be nice to have. I also had to contact them few times to get an invoice.

Payed for late check out during check in . At 8:41 am on morning of check out someone entered my room Unannounced. As soon as i said excuse me they shut the door saying sorry . Firstly why is HKP entering a room on morning of checkout. Then at 12:20 HKP supervisor knocked on door and told me to leave the room i explained that I paid for late check out however she told me not according to her records. I theb went down to reception by which the HK supervisor had already called to reconfirm my late check out and the girl at reception theb proceed to blame her college there is no reason to pass the blame or through a college under the bus we work in service industry and service failures happen just own it and say sorry dont pass the blame

Really nice place to stay! You can find anything you need, bar, gym, table tennis, small shop at reception, umbrellas for rent... Despite the room wasn't too spacious, soundproofing was good! Excellent location! Helpful staff!

Great stay

The room was quite and spacious. A lot of activities in the lobby. The location was very convenient walking distance from public transit and Alexanderplatz

The rooms are little dark. The hallways are really dark

The hotel itself is perfectly situated in the central area of Berlin and is close to most places of interest. What I enjoyed most was the vibrant feeling of the hotel. It offers hostel vibes but with all the hotel amenities. We were certainly happy with our choice to stay here

Bar was closed for 3 nights and when it opened it offered only basic beverages, cocktails were not included
