Cozy room, comfortable bed with good quality linen. Quiet and calm location for Berlin standards, also close to S-bahn. Really good breakfast with lots of options.

Pleasant

The room is ok size, heater worked ok, facility is new and well maintained. The shower was nice, new, clean. The cleaners give you a new water bottle each day which is nice. The staff was welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was great. Good variety, quality. I stayed alone and felt safe and calm, being a girl.

There was no refrigerator in the room, which was a problem to work around. there was construction done in the hotel during the day, so from about 7am there was loud drilling every day. It disrupted my stay. The wifi doesn't affectively work, which was a big problem as I was working from the hotel most of the time. So please don't rely on it if that's your trip's purpose. They moved me to a different room which seemed to help, but then was the same. I heard from friends that Berlin in general has laregly bad wifi, so perhaps it's not the hotel's speficially problem. The location is not in mitte, the address is misleading. It's not in central Berlin.
