It was not good. We had to go to another resort for an ocean beach

Nothing. It was nothing like described on Booking. Com.

Beach on bay not ocean. Nothing like pictures. Food TERRIBLE. Lines needed for everything. No hot water for showers in both our rooms for 2 days. Both rooms not cared for for 2 days. Management not very helpful. Do not go to this all inclusive!!!

The pool and the beach setup was really good. The bar and the food at the beach and pool was also great, you can just be in the pool or beach all day without needing to leave. Staff is friendly and helpful. For dinner, the buffet is always available, but if you plan to have dinner at their gourmet restaurants (there are many options) you need to book at the concierge for each dinner. But we found the food at these restaurants nothing extraordinary, you won't miss much if you're having the buffet. The buffet is pretty good actually!

The front desk were not helpful, literally useless. Not helpful with airport transfer, they then gave us a room which was not cleaned. The second/new room was equally awful but we made do. The water that ran in the bath and shower was brown ~ which was obviously bleak after arriving in from a flight and we could not wash. We use bottled water to brush our teeth, it was that bad. It is a con that you have to book restaurants in advance meaning the only option was to eat from the extremely bleak buffet; this is not flagged when booking. Thankfully, the cold chips at 11pm meant we did not go hungry, we genuinely couldn't eat anything from the buffet, it was a health hazard. Also, make sure you like kids as they run this hotel, EVERYTHING is sticky. Happy for our health this was only for one night, do not book and if you do best of luck.

In summary, while the hotel boasts appealing amenities and a friendly staff, the consistently poor quality of buffet foo

Amenities, including multiple pools, private beach, activities throughout the day, friendly staff. Also, one more positive note is the food in reservation-requiring restaurants, but the drawback with that is that you can only have dinner at those places, and you end up with eating breakfast and lunch at the buffets.

Food at the buffets. - The quality of the buffet food was disappointing, both in appearance and taste. It seems to be a persistent problem, as noted in other reviews, and unfortunately, the hotel management has yet to address this concern effectively. - in addition to poor quality of food, there is a lack of diversity food options, especially for those that do not eat pork. Insufficient number of loungers at the beach.

The hotel is big with a lot of different ameneties. The food is mostly local and delicious! There are at least 10 restaurants.

The thing we didn't like is that if you don't make a reservations for dinner in other restaurants that are included within all inclusive, the wait for dinner can take to 45 minutes. The staff is super kind and patient. Just, make sure to be on time for dinner if you don't make reservations.

Great location. Nice amenities but very dirty

bad customer service from the servers I felt like they prioritize locals. (the front desk and concierge were very polite) The room was not ready when we arrived, we had to wait one hour and half for the room to be ready. plates of food and cups all over the pool. The pool is shared with the other 2 hotels, and there was no place to sit. food quality at the buffets was poor. recycle cups with no option to drink in something different.
