The staff is great

Noise and disturbance from the corridor until very late at night, and I was not able to sleep much because of the noise and also the disturbance of the service staff.

Booking.com should change star rating to 1 for this hotel. It is not a 4star hotel. I want Booking.com to refund my money. The rooms charges at the hotel reception was too cheap than what I paid to Booking.com

Very bad housekeeping and staff attitude is really bad.

Barking

Housekeeping is very very poor and the bed not changed. Staff behavior is too bad. I selected non smoking floor but it was against that they provided me smoking floor where bad smell reached my room.
