Excellent

I didn't get round to using the facilities, even though I did take a little tour of them. The room I had was fantastic. All the resources worked perfectly. The bath and shower were exceptionally designed and comfortable.

I think I liked everything I experienced, including the staff, especially the concierge.

Outdate room but clean

My booking was for one night to attend GITEX. I live in Abu Dhabi and I stay in Dubai for business conferences but was my first time at the Ritz DIFC. After conference I checked in and asked the front desk to extend my stay after confirming that room is available next day. I asked to receive the same room for same value and I was told we will come back. No one from front desk staff called me back, although I called staff again in morning to inquire and also again they said they will investigate but no one bothered when I checked out
