Exceptional

A wonderful stay.

The atmosphere at check-in was just fantastic. It was decorated for the holidays and I especially enjoyed the music and overall atmosphere. It was just perfect. The buffet was just absolutely fantastic. The kitchen and wait staff were non-stop organizing and cleaning to make sure everyone was served in a timely manner.

Nice stay

The breakfast was pretty good. Lounge area where breakfast is was nice. Room was comfortable and clean. Pretty good location. Although you couldnt walk to anything in town. You have to drive. Pool area was nice too!

The guy at registration was kinda rude. Not very friendly and just acted like we were bothering him. The other people at the counter were nice. And rest of the staff were nice. Also would be nice if bar/lounge area had been open on New Years Eve or if theyd had a New Years Eve party at the hotel.

Superb

Overall, we had a great stay and would stay again.

The room was clean and the bed comfy. We had everything we needed. Loved the eucalyptus spearmint Bath & Body Works toiletries.

My husband was not fond the eggs. They're not fresh eggs, but powdered eggs. There's a great selection of breakfast items though and you're sure to find something to suit everyone. Also, the doors could stand to be sound proofed. We could hear teenagers running up and down the hallway at 1am sounding like a herd of elephants giggling and laughing which is annoying when you're trying to sleep.

Overrated

The room was clean upon arrival. Breakfast was good and location was good too. The lobby was decorated very well for Christmas!

The hot tub was murky with green water, housekeeping forgot to come one day when we needed necessities, vending machines did not work, beds were firmer than expected. The hotel was pretentious.

DEFINITELY DISAPPOINTED

Pool/Breakfast

MY ROOM, I booked a handicapped room for shower walk in services. My room had rust all over the towel holder, toilet was coming apart. My shower head where water controls was had water shooting out of it. Bathroom floor was soaked!! I didnt complain because there were NO VACAYS!! I paid $479 for 2 night stay and definitely would not recommend it to anyone.

FAMILY STRESS FREE CHRISTMAS

THIS WAS OUR 2ND STAY. WE LOVED THE LOCATION AND THE STAFF IS AWAYS FRIENDLY AND INVITING. LOVE THE ATMASPHER AS WELL. SHOWER IS AMAZING AND ROOM IS SIZED WELL.

THE BEDS ARE CRAZY HARD AND AFTER THE 1ST NIGHT ALL 4 OF US HURT. AFTER 3 NIGHTS WE WOULD NOT HAVE MADE IT A 4TH. THE BREAKFEAST WAS OK HOWEVER A LOT OF STUFF THAT WAS MENT OT BE HOT WAS COLD. WE ONLY ATE 2 OF THE 3 DAYS WE WERE ALLOWED TO. I AM EXPECTIONG THESE THINGS TO BE ADDRESSED DURING THE RENOVATION THAT IS COMING SOON!
