Very poor

Awful value for money - long queues for food and drink, very understaffed. Would not recommend.

Good location, nice beach

Understaffed. We were unable to book any restaurants for our whole stay other than 1, as they were all fully booked and it wasnt possible to book before check-in. We had to queue for dinner for up to 2 hours and the food was not good quality. There were long queues at the bar. The room was not clean and towels and bedding stained. Our safe didnt work and it took them hours to provide a new one.

Fair stay overall but disappointing for a 5-star resort

Live music was nice. We liked the hammocks on the grounds between palm trees. The beach is great (but not enough lounge chairs and many were broken). We rented a bali bed/cabana for our family, which was nice and fairly priced for Pyramid guests, right on the beach, with drink and snack service and lunch at the White Box restaurant. Cool peacocks and other birds walking around and coy fish in the ponds.

There are long lines for everything. The house liquor is super cheap quality. The food even at the fanciest restaurants is mediocre at best. The rooms are dated. The rugs by the bed look and feel more like doormats. The towels are supposed to be white but they are a dingy off-white color with frayed edges from so much use. We did not get bath robes. I asked reception twice, never got any; finally used one from my kids' rooms. You get one beach towel per person in the room and getting in replaced was a pain as they were out of clean beach towels all the time. Very few lounge chairs on the beach, clearly not enough for the number of people in the resort. Many lounge chairs were broken.

The pool and beach were great

It was impossible to get into any of the restaurants that required reservations. It took us calling booking every day for the first 4 days of our trip and complaining to have reservations for 3 of our 10 days there. Once we got into the restaurants they were EMPTY. We did not book a VIP package to eat at buffets 3 x day. They also state they are a kid friendly resort. The only reservations they could offer us when we did try were at the adults only places. How is that possible with a 4 and 9 year old? They do not accommodate to families as much as it states on the website.

Good location, nice room and amazing view.

Good aspects: - the room was clean, big and with two beds - Food was good (you always need to consider that this is a all-inclusive resort and for this reason food is not excellent, but if you book good restaurants youll be surprised) - Good price-quality ratio for an all-inclusive resort

Few things

I would never recommend a hotel where its rooms are dirty and have cockroaches and the vast majority of lobby employees make guests feel harassed trying to sell their promotion. I reported to two employees about it and no one even care. instead we were charged 80 dollars for an incident with someone who had food poisoning from your food

Perfect, adventures stay with amazing food and great parties

First I have to say that I cant understand the other reviews and just an over all of 7,2. We stayed in the luxury The Pyramid with the black bracelets and loved it. The hotel is huge and offers everything you need. We usually dont like all inclusive resorts, because we mostly like to eat outside and dine romantically and hate buffet halls with noise. But this hotel offers restaurants, you would pay the amount for the whole stay for one person as two people in a German restaurant of this kind. The Sakura with Japanese food is extraordinary and the service they offer with some short music shows inbetween is insane. The gourmet restaurant La cayenne offers high quality beef fillet and steaks. And the food tastes great. Also the Coffea shop and ice cream shop offer great stuff. The quality of breakfast in the pyramid exclusive once are amazing. We got a free upgrade to a master suit with ocean view: comfortable bed, huge room, two balconies, huge bathroom, more than enough towels and literally everything you need is there (Bgeleisen, two TVs, fridge, coffee machine, soap, ). View was amazing! Activities are great! The casino is fun. Parties, music and bars are great. We had such a good time there, wed always go there again.

Buffet restaurants busy (not the exclusive ones though) and because of many children there is a lot of food next to the bowls, which they trying to take care of but due to the amount of work, they cant always keep it up.

The breakfast was good, beautiful beach and huge swimming pool was nice to not have to be stuck in the same swimming area each day. And the variety of restaurants to choose from to have a meal was nice as well.

I requested for a queen size bed and got a full size, which was hard to sleep with my son and husband, the beds were also hard and pillows not very comfterable. There were two days that my room didnt get cleaned I had to go down and request for it to be cleaned. Buffets always had the same food, never changed the menu up from day to day
