Ceaser who works in the buffet was an amazing server every day. The rest of the crew was too.

The restaurants book up quickly but I do like the waitlist as they accommodated us every night somehow even if later than we liked

Restaurants and staff are great

Moved rooms twice but, we did get an amazing upgrade which was great. Hotel transfer was an hour late collecting us from the airport and we were given a bottle of wine as compensation (not great in an all inclusive). Some staff on bar rude.

Superb

It was our first time to stay in all-inclusive hotel, so we couldnt compare with other hotels. But we enjoyed much during our stay; nice pool and beautiful beach very close by. Not everyday but there are shows at night, and you may enjoy the dinner with live-musics in every restaurant: recommend restaurante la Joya for watching Mariachi.

Last day in the morning, I was shocked just by stepping in the tub to have a shower because there was a dead cockroach. I couldnt believe what I was seeing. Should be better sanitary condition.

To be honesty, the only thing I liked in this hotel was the beachs view.

I went to celebrate my 18th anniversary and had the worst experience of my life. Food was terrible, cold, chicken we ordered was raw and they did not have many options. I had to cancel my reservation and looking up for another hotel at the last minute. Talked to the manager and we still had to pay for one night. Staff at the beach were rude and service so bad. I def do not recommend this hotel.

Clean room My son enjoyed the kids club and the kids shows were beautiful The evening entertainment was nice.

This hotel is not worth the price. You pay for luxury and all you get is bad food, full swimming pools, very small beach without privacy, queues everywhere (for check-in, every morning, for lunch and dinner you have a 20 metres queue to go into the buffet restaurant and even to get a coffee in their coffeeshop! ) Btw, in this luxury hotel coffee is served in PAPER take-away cups and dessert on paper plates. Talking about sustainable travel, you could also have unlimited amounts of towels by the pool. The buffet restaurant is a mess and presentation of the food is awful! You find hotdogs next to muffins and a very poor selection of low quality food. When I go on holidays I dont want to eat stale bread but i want to find a nice selection of different fresh breads and local fruits. That should be a minimum for the price you pay here. In the a-la-carte restaurants: bad food again, we all had cramps after the Isla Contoy restaurant. And we didnt manage to try the other ones because they were fully booked. The beach is only a tiny strip and full of sunbeds, centimeters between one another. If you are lucky and early enough to find a sunbed! The sea here was also much more wild than in other beaches in PlayaCar, and we found it unsuitable to swim for our 6 year old. There is a display of jewelry in the hotel but when you ask to buy they say they need to call the private vendor! There is not one single serious shop in this luxury hotel. Unbelievable! Only a stupid shop with made-in-China souvenirs and sunscreen etc. This hotel clearly caters for its many Indian, Japanese and Chinese guests as miso soup, steamed rice and curries are constantly on the buffet. Theres the explanation that this hotel is getting 10/10 reviews. For us Europeans this hotel doesnt meet our standards. I do not recommend it at all, its a waste of your money and holidays. We stayed at other resorts in Mexico which were half the price and MUCH better in all aspects! We checked out earlier!

A great place to stay with family and good service, facility and food.

Service is really good, place is very quiet and relaxed, food is fantastic with a lot of varieties, and room is big with very comfortable bed. Overall very good experience
