The room is nice fresh and clean, same for the bathroom. At the edge of the old city perfect to walk to do anything within. The host is absolutely superbe, very nice person, always available through WhatsApp or at her desk. Thank you very much, our stay was perfect!

Good location on SW corner of the old city, so walkable within the entire old city as well as to the airport. WiFi and A/C work well. Comfortable bed, linens, and pillow. Staff cleans the shared bathroom every morning, so despite the dated decor, it's clean. Warm water and good pressure in the shower. The bedroom is a good size and clean. 1 bottle of water, coffee, towels, and soap provided. Very basic kitchen for use.

Comfy, affordable for a quick stay

The guesthouse was really close to the airport, around 40 minutes walk and our room was one the third floor with a nice view of Doi Suthep hill temple. The room was really big and clean. Phii Pim was amazing and really friendly and courteous and always cared about us. She even extended our check-out time. Beds were comfy if you like hard beds.

The room was fairly basic for what is worth; there was no television set, cupboards and the toilet door is a bit interesting, the 1/3 of the bottom half of the door was missing and I wasn't sure the reason for that. That was a little weird as you can hear toilet businesses happening. I would say the cleanliness of the shower area definitely can be improved removing mould on the shower curtains and walls.

Nice, clean, spacious room. Comfortable bed, plug sockets near the bed, good air-conditioning, great wi-fi. There's hot water in the shower. It's near a big road, but it's quiet.

Awesome place to stay in Chiang Mai!

Second time in The Moon House and it was as good as we remembered! This time we stayed 5 nights in this Quadruple room with private bathroom. Can totally recommend The Moon House!
