We loved the place. All the people working there were really friendly and polite. They were really helpful. The place is really close to the Taksim square and a lot of means of transportation. The room was very comfortable and we did not miss anything. It was cleaned everyday, which was amazing.

Veli was welcoming from start to finish, very accommodating and friendly.

Elevator wasn't working, was asvised by day 3, however, didnt work for 6 days, very tiring to climb to 4th floor after a big days in stanbul.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, cozy place, but overpriced

Staff are so friendly and welcoming. Available 24/7. Breakfast is varied, they have delicious desserts and jams. Clean room, and responsive cleaning services The location is great. 15 min away from istiklal street

I tried to email them few days before our arrival, for urgent request they didn't reply at all. It is overpriced for the overall hotel. Everything is great but its not a fancy hotel. It is cozy and small, no fancy breakfast or rooms. For a fair pricing, it should be 40% less.
