Cosy Christmas Getaway: Magical!

This hotel has a warm atmosphere and beautiful decor which honours the traditional building and rural location but has a modern twist and all posible comforts. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The food is excellent. We stayed for Christmas as a family and everything was perfect with cosy fires and a festive ambience.

We had a great time at the hotel ! It was very warm and comfy , ideal for December ! The room was very confortable , food was great , and there was a really cool fireplace. Totally recommend !

Only stayed for one night but no complaints what so ever about any aspect of our stay.

The room was very clean and warm and the bed very comfortable. We enjoyed a lovely evening meal and drinks and the staff were very helpful and attentive. Breakfast was spot on. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel and location to others.

The location was good near the nice little village of Luss near Loch Lomond Shore. Our room was in the annex on the ground floor near the car park. It was a lovely double room with a shower room. Very clean and comfortable. Staff were nice particularly Ross who was very attentive and helpful.

The website had a picture of the lounge with open fire for residents to relax in. However on the two evenings we were there they had a private function in there from 5pm and we had to move to the bar/ dining seating. Not very comfortable mainly bench and hard chairs style of seating. The settees in the lounge also had seen better days for the short time we got to use them. There was a confusion with our breakfast the first day which was to be included in our stay. We were given a menu which said it cost 18.95 per person for cooked breakfast so we had the cold options. However we mentioned that to Ross and he sorted the problem out for us the next day.

Quiet scenic get away

Everything, it was me and my partners second time coming out for Christmas time. The food is always fantastic, along with the amazing customer service from all staff! The location is amazing at this time of year as it is an escape from the cities busy tourist filled centre. Would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet wee get away for a few nights!

Honestly that we couldnt stay out there for longer! Not a complaint to the hotel, but would of loved to be closer up to the highland cows!
