    My review is really for the Lyndhurst just up the road, and I assume ran by the same people, we booked little Emily but had a phone call when travelling up, they needed to change us to a few doors down at the Lyndhurst. We had a triple room, a double and a single, through our own little door. The beds were very comfortable, it was clean, ensuite shower room in the double, tea and coffee facilities. And very close to town and the sea front.
    All was fine for us.

    Nothing at all apart from the owner turning up quickly to let me in as there is no staff on site.
    Absolutely horrible place. The guests kept me awake with their door slamming and smoking in the corridor. The host came to check me in as there is no staff there. You get a code to go in and out. There are children and fat guys just sitting on the stairs ! More of a flop house. Room was clean though, but it's redundant if you can't rest and sleep in the tobacco stench. Really pathetic place, avoid at all costs

    It's not so good and I wouldn't stay again .
    No where to park, it took nearly an hour to find space . It is very basic on the inside , and there is a lot of noise outside.
    No parking The room was very small bathroom even smaller .
