Superb

This hotel has my sincere recommendations. I find it offers great value for money.

Good location, quiet neighbourhood. Tall modern building, ultra fast yet silent elevators (4). Breakfast on 24th floor, lounge on 25th. Exceptional view to Sant Marti and see. Breakfast really good, from pastries to Spanish cheeses and chorizos to show cooking with eggs Benedict and custom omelettes to sweets and good coffee - everything you need to start the touristic day in Barcelona. Quiet room with no noise coming from the city. Beds and pillows very good (I am sensitive to pillows but these were great). Rituals bathroom products are nice touch. Big TV screen easy to connect to a mobile phone. Heavy curtains to block the morning light (if you, like me, prefer it that way). Polite and friendly staff.

Our room had glass "window" with a view into the main room, that could partially be blocked by semi transparent screen curtain. I would prefer it was fully blocking, in situations when you want total privacy in the bathroom. Also shower space is rather small, yet there was a big bathtub - but I rarely take baths while on a quick stay. Otherwise the bathroom was spacious and clean.

For 350 a night, extremely disappointing stay

The staff were very helpful in resolving a lot of the problems found during my stay and at all times made a very good effort to ensure we are satisfied.

This hotel has a clear issue with maintenance and cleaning. The first room we had had a dirty bathroom peeled floors and to top it off the ceiling above the bath started leaking/poring through the lights and cracks. They moved us to an executive room which was large and comfortable but the bathroom sinks let us a sewage smell which filled the room and we had to put up with for 4 days and a failed attempt to fix by maintenance. The air con never got cold enough even at it's lowest and the floors and walls clearly are lacking upkeep.

Amazing hotel, staff and amenities

Everything was good about the hotel, from the arrival we were welcomed by Manu, extremely good professional and gentle , he made our stay even more special. I cant remember last time we had such a warm welcome in any hotel, Manu made the difference. The complimentary bites and drinks served daily in the hotel sky lounge is also a big plus enjoying a great view

Exceptional

To summarise this was excellent experience and i would definitely use this Hotel again.

The hole experience was Excellent , Staff were very helpful , Breakfast choices were excellent , Open Buffet 9am -6pm was free good selection of food , drinks, appetizers to choose from. Transport links from the Hotel were very good all within walking distance ie Tram and Buses very good . Metro link were not to far either. Hotel is located near shopping areas so a good choice of eateries, tapas bars still available if you decide not to go into Central Barcelona . To summarise this was excellent experience.
