The set up, location, views and staff.

The wildlife can make it into your room. So it was a surprise for me to find a decent sized lizard in my room.

Lovely 2 night stay to relax, gorgeous views and spacious room

Lovely room, extra comfy large bed and fabulous view. Hotel arranged for us to get a moped easily

Not much to do at the hotel, make sure to make reservation for the restaurant in an evening. staff very strict and seemed to turn away a lot of people

It is on a very steep hill so taxis wont take you there and you need to wait for a shuttle.

Amazing jungle club retreat

The staff are amazing and really anything is no problem Arrived a day earlier and stayed in the suite number 6. Its next to the owners new build home,amazing. Beautifully designed suite,plunge pool a good surprise....all decor amazing....loved it....the next day moved to the lodge number one...overlooked the bay of chaweng,the resident only pool and lawned areas. Beautiful four poster bed and netting,outdoor shower,verandah with hammock and day beds....definitely returning. Met the owner Valerie lovely lady,who was so friendly. Food was amazing .....truly a must.

There was only a minor thing that ,would tick the box and thats more lighting across the lawns or torches for the guests. And perhaps welcome braid bracelets for residents only....

I forgot to check and booked a room without air con, was fine with the fans but prefer air con, I could have upgraded but didnt bother

Wouldnt stay again.

We went here for lunch and realized they had a hotel. So we decided to stay as a bit of luxury at the end of our trip for a few days. Food in the restaurant was lovely and so was breakfast. Very modern, amazing views, nice pool area

We paid extra for a pool room in which they stuck us next to building work? They tried to say it was a private villa (neighbour) which was out of their hands but why would you stick us next to it? And also the hotel maintenance were building the room next to us so from 730am we had someone sanding down the walls next to us. No one ever in 3 days come to clean our pool so we paid extra for this lovely room and didnt use the pool. People who are hotel guests cant use the pool area, if we didnt get asked a MILLION times a day are we staying here? One of the days, we were sitting round the pool and a lady from the restaurant came rushing down screaming excuse me and again infront of everyone she said are you staying here? It was just humiliating and super unprofessional seeing as we spent a lot of money in the restaurant most nights and booked their best room. Wouldnt stay again. The staff were friendly but compared to 3 other hotels we stayed in, I can honestly say these were the most impolite. Although, we asked for late check out and they did accommodate this and after we raised our issues they never charged us for the late check out which is much appreciated however, expected?

Lovely room with great views of the ocean and greenery - Very quiet and comfortable.

The view from our balcony and the restaurant was magnificent - Lush greenery and ocean views. The pool was a very short walk away. Very clean and quiet room.

Unique beautiful place on the mountain with view over the north of Samui. Spacy, comfortable rooms. Good food. Dedicated staff. One needs a motorbike or car.
