Anniversary

Rooftop heated pool was amazing. Breakfast was great. Location was perfect for walking to all places in Canal Park. Watched many ships come in and loved that.

We really enjoyed our stay!

We loved the location! The hotel had a beautiful rooftop pool and the indoor pool was very nice size. The breakfast was great with a good variety. They offered hot cider and smores at night which were fun to have.

The lady preparing the breakfast was not friendly. She gave both my husband and myself a rude comment when answering our question. Definitely not a people person and seemed to dislike her job. Even looked crabby when working.

The room was great, the breakfast was good, the pool was nice, the hot tub was hot, and the sauna was steamy. We had a great time using the bikes as well. That was a nice bonus to the hotel.

Disappointing

not clean for the price of the stay.

pool on the roof.

no pool towels anywhere. dirty bandaids all over in the main pool area, sanitary pad sticker stuck on the side of the hottub. Crackers on the floor in our room. lipstick prints on all 4 glasses on the table in our room and on the two coffee cups.
