The location. Our room was clean and ready when we arrived.

It was quite chilly in the dining room. The lobby doors were opening quite a bit and bringing in the cold air from outside. The pool access is right by the lobby, which also is not great if you're in a wet swim suit going back to your room. We had a dog in the room next to us who was pretty yippy for a while.

Location

First, reserving a reservation through Booking.Com never again. You lied to me as a customer. I requested a room that could see the Bentleyville lights. I even wrote I want it to be special for my family. Booking.com responded yes, that will be accommodated. However, when I called the hotel directly they woman told me that Booking.com should have never said that because it was 100.00 more for that. Then, arriving to check in, I thought it was almost like an inconvenience to check in. No, friendly greet or enjoy your stay. Not even a simple smile. The first night, we had left the hotel to go site, seeing we had come back, and all of the handicap spots were taken. Keep in mind there were spots. We had to park in the next parking area, and that was not convenient at all for a woman who walks with a walker. Maybe it was because the hotel charges 10.00 for non guest to park for the christmas display. That is not right. We were hotel customers. We also waited over 25 min for someone to come out and start a fire pit for us. It was so cold we just gave up. Thank you for your time. Kristal R
