Superb

Great location, friendly staff, clean, plenty of toiletries, good breakfast with extended hours.

The only ice machine is located at one end of the very long building, the entrance/exit to the parking lot was not well marked, and the walls ceilings allowed lots of neighbor noises through.

Nice hotel

I stayed on the third floor double queen room wasn't very big but looked nice. I liked the lake view it was beautiful and I could see the light houses for the lift bridge.

The elevator was broken that would've been nice to be able to use but stuff breaks

We absolutely love this hotel and will be using it as our go- to for family stays.

When we checked in, the room was not at all what we expected and we were able to get switched to a larger room that better fit our needs for our weekend stay. The lakeside view was amazing as well as seeing the cargo ships come and go.

Breakfast was still an hour from ending and my children were sent to get shoes on while at the waffle maker. In that short amount of time to get shoes and an hour left to close up the staff removed the waffle maker. This was our second stay within a month and one of the overnight staff was very rude to my spouse both stays. We travel from the twin cities to stay at your hotel and the rudeness is uncalled for.

Great stay, inconsiderate guests

The bed was comfortable, the breakfast selections were very good and the young lady that checked us in was able to get us a Lakeview room on the first floor, since the elevator was not working. However, there was not enough places to hang towels in the bathroom.

I did not appreciate parents letting their kids run up and down the halls on the second floor (our room was on the first floor), people letting their room door slam shut, as well as people talking so loud that we could clearly hear the conversation through the walls (very thin walls). There was no consideration or courtesy shown to the other guests.

Very good

The location was great. For breakfast they had a variety of food for everyone to choose from and the staff was friendly and helpful. The grandkids loved the pool area.

In the bathroom at the top of tiles in the tub/shower area there was some mold. The bed was a little too firm for me.

Help needed from booking.cim

Great location and room

Elevator not working, doors slamming all day and night, kids running in the halls at all hours, loud conversations in the hallways late at night. Sounded like elephants in the room above us. I let the manager know.. Booking.com needs to file our complaint with hotel management and the hotel said they would give us a discount due to all these issues
