Guests praised the value for the price and appreciated the nearby Publix grocery store. Overall, the Avalon Resort provided a pleasant stay for guests.

Dirty, dated, extremely small bathroom, elevator wasnt working. House keeping was non-existent. In need of a major overhaul, upholstered furniture was stained , bathroom window wouldnt close. Closet door was off the track

Decent place to stay. It has everything you need. Clean, calm. Equipped very well. Ocean view. It has some downsides but

Value for price. Good sound insulation. Location is perfect too - 5 minutes of walk from the ocean. 24hrs check-in and check-out. Parking is included in the price. Clean and no roaches.

Some items were old and worn-out.

Perfect location, great rates, and Neal is your go to for help on the property.

Price was worth the short trip for especially for an oceanfront. Parking was good was not over crowded. Location was perfect just steps from the beach Staff (Neal was awesome)

Cleaning could be improved but other than that it was a fair room. Dishes were limited, but there was a stove and other cooking accommodations

Bang for your buck!

The location is everything! The rooms are big and I like the fact the studio had a balcony to sit on. Definitely a great deal for anything last minute and if you want to be steps away from the beach.

The carpet smelled mildew as if they had shampooed it before our arrival. Couldn't walk on the floor with our bare feet as it was wet and creeped us out. Not sure if the prior people had a pet but because of the mildew smell it smelled a little bad.
