Very well located 5min walking distance from Interlaken West station and 10-15min walking from Interlaken Ost. Near bus station that goes to Ost station. Room was big for European size , bathroom was ok . In general it was just as advertised. More expensive than it should considering the facilities, but thats what you have for holiday season in such a touristic place with good train connections. Breakfast was good with a good amount of options. Everyone working at the hotel were always helpful and kind.

Wi-Fi did not work on our room on the 4th floor in any of the 2 nights we stayed there.

Disappointing

The heat didnt work so they brought in a portable heater to run all night that also didnt work well so it was freezing all night. The room had bugs in it and when we arrived we had to ask for new sheets to be put on because there was hair all over the sheets as if they werent changed prior to our arrival. Other than location and the staff being friendly, there arent many pros.

Cool quirky lobby.

The room. Room is on a slope. Everything is at an angle. This is not mentioned anywhere I would have not booked this hotel if I had known. Was very disorienting being in that room.

Terrible , it wasnt clean, towels, sheets and duvet smells bad, staff was unhelpful and unapologetic.

The worst experience of my life, upon arrival there is nobody to assist with the luggage, i had to move 4 large suitcases alone, no help with the parking, i had to go find my parking spot and manage the metal bar to park my car, no room service and when i ordered from the restaurant at the hotel i had to carry plates of food back and forth to my room, there were no slippers in the room, and WORST OF all, the sheets, duvet, and towels all had a terrible smell, and the wall had some brown smears on it, I couldnt spend the night at the hotel, when i brought it up with the staff, they calmly said we can offer you a different room if you want, they were unbothered, unapologetic , and unhelpful, i cancelled my booking and they refused to refund me any of the nights that I didnt stay, i had to run to a different hotel, this isnt how a 4 star hotel should be at all, this seemed more like a 2 star hostel

Excellent location but was not happy about the lack of heating in the bedroom.

The room was large and quiet. The location of the hotel was excellent as was the breakfast buffet.

Unfortunately we had no heat in our bedroom and there was very little effort from the staff to rectify this - perhaps an electric heater could have been brought in. We stayed there for five nights and was just told that they were waiting for a part to arrive in to fix the heating. I felt that the staff did not really care about our lack of heating which was unfortunate.
