Exceptional

Perfect night in the city!

The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. The room was immaculate and the Corktown location is fabulous. Highly recommend the rooftop bar I/O for a drink! We look forward to trying Hamiltons next time! The fitness center was perfect. Great equipment!

I enjoyed the location

The valet experience was horribleat first they didnt know i was looking for valet and each day it took over 20 minutes to retrieve my car. Additionally no one seemed to know how to drive a Tesla.

Decent but wont return.

Hotel break menu was not appealing. Obtained food from a close by restaurant.

Was a victim of theft by one of the valets. Approximately $25iin coin and cash was removed from a small pound located in the console of my car. The theft was just discovered yesterday.

Fine. Wants to be boutique, but its not.

Clean new building. Efficient check-in and check-out.

Bad soundproofing if rooms. You can hear the chatter in the corridor. Also, bathroom door is designed and does not close 100%. There is a gap of 2 inches and all bathroom sounds travel. Also, lots of small bad designs, like the location of the toilet paper.

Treated like a second class citizen - don't bother.

The hotel was beautiful, however, the staff double-booked the rooms so none of the rooms were available at the 3 pm check-in time. The Philadelphia 76ers had stayed in the rooms the evening before and requested a late check-out (on the day-off) because they were playing an evening game and the hotel agreed. That meant that myself and at least 50+ other guests were left without a room to check into on the evening of a concert event. We were all crowded into the lobby waiting for hours until our rooms were ready. We were sitting on floors, had no access to change our clothes or shower for our concert that night. The only thing we were offered was a drink ticket for the hotel bar or comped valet parking. The hotel knew that we would all be without rooms to check into when they agreed just to satisfy the basketball team. It shows me where their loyalty lies and that they don't care about the average person staying in their hotel. Unless you're a big-wig, don't expect to be treated with courtesy here.
