I was expecting a little more from the room and the hotel in general

The location, very comfortable king bed, and pet friendly

In the room there were a limited number of amenities, and limited places to keep luggage (small closet with no door), small bathroom very small counter space

Fine place to stay.

Good location, interesting breakfast offerings ( Greek yogurt with various toppings including fresh strawberries, chia seeds, coconut, dried mango) Really liked the drive up to your room parking.

No caffeinated black teabags offered. Room servicing was said to be on request yet someone came into our room unrequested. It was confusing. Please stick to the rules you set.

Disappointing

It advertised as a hotel/ B&B, but was more similar to a motel like a Red Roof. Breakfast was congealed oatmeal.

Tiny bathroom, no decoration, no decor, cheap hard flooring, noisy in-room heater.

Great location, Northampton has lots to offer, rooms comfortable.

The hotel is in Northampton which is a lovely town with some lovely buildings, full of lovely choices of eatery's, bars and shops. We stayed for one night and went into the town to eat. Found a lovely restaurant towards the bottom of the town. the hotel was perfect, very nice lounge area for all guests. Our room was very comfortable and spacious.

The breakfast choices were a little disappointing, could have benefitted from some more fruit choices.
