Beds were comfy and room was clean

Staff was not supportive and even after paying all the taxes the TV in my room wasn't working, the staff didn't care even after multiple reminders

Far below average. No value for money.

Very limited menu. Food was decent

Staff's casual behavior. I stayed for 2 days and nobody came for housekeeping. Waited for over an hour for my checkout. Requested staff to come 3 times. Still nobody showed up. They charged me for water also.

Nice hotel

I have been regular to this property and excellent property. Very well trained and friendly staff. Sparkling clean hotel. Excellent food and room service is quick. Room size is big with big toilet and shower area.

The best hotel Ive ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms , and high quality service. Also, they are one of few hotels that allow local id and people under 21 to book a reservation.
