All in all a fantastic break from home!!!!

Everything was perfect about the Deck. It was the perfect location for our secret girlie trip away from home!!!! It was indeed a home away from home with no door bells and other responsibilities to handle. A perfect getaway place for anyone to escape for a couple of days. The home was well equipped with all the necessary items. We had a blast!!!!! Sonal, good job and keep it up.

Well the food was just average. Could have been much better and less oily.

Great place to stay...provided there is electricity..for Hot drinking water at the least

property interiors are top notch (with IKEA fittings). highlight of place is the private pool area .. which is cool place to hang out with group in night. pool fence is decorated with lightings so at dark its great ambience

Did not have power for 13 hours of the 20 hours stay. so could not use microwave, fridge, AC, kettle, TV. This property does not have power generator unlike other rooms in same phase. Inverter does not even support a 2A socket for mobile charging. After much argument and in denial (I'd checked out but I went back in the room to put the caretaker on the speaker). Despite the caretaker conceding on there was NO electricity, the Host started to argue with him - which was really funny. When I informed what the ground staff narrated to me, that electricity in this area is often intermittent, the host took offence to that as well. The host did later refund 20% of booking amount - not sure if it was the conscience or fear of negative review that played into. Restaurant serves BF only post 9am. Their chef arrives at the property at 830am. Had to push one of the housekeeing staff to at least serve hot drinking water in morning Once the adjoining phase 3 building construction is completed, it will completely over look the pool area with no option of privacy.

Perfect for a one day monsoon or winter trip.

The location. The interior decor. The swimming pool, the ambience. The outdoor seating. The indoor seating. The huge bathrooms. The facilities such as good geysers, clean toilets, amazing shower gel, clean bed and bedsheets. Kitchenette with microwave, kettle, hotplate, cups and dinner plates. Secure password enabled doorlocks. The huge Android TV with all OTT enabled entertainment. Sound system for music!

Some light fitments need replacements as those are not working. Bedroom doesn't have night lamp or it seems not working. Boxes of the electrical equipments are stacked above wardrobe, reminded me of typical Indian homes, although I would not expect it in a staycation home.

Amazing villa with amazing view

This villa is situated in holiday Maiyaan cloud residency in Kajat. Place is little offbeat but this is the reason you will enjoy nature at its best. Host is very cooperative. Villa is equipped all the amenities including Fridge, microwave, power back up, small kitchen with electric cooktop and basic utensils. Most amazing part is private pool which is accessible from both living room and bedroom. Very cute and thoughtful decore and amenities. We had amazing and peaceful stay over weekend at a good deal. There is one inhouse restaurant with limited options but food taste is nice. You can also order from one outside restaurant with extra delivery cost. Overall fantastic experience with much needed privacy. Worth visiting again :)
