Clean and basic, well designed for size of room.

Helpful staff, easy to locate, decorated to a good level, shops and restaurants located near by. Good for a quick stop.

The room was freezing, the staff did their best to help as the aircon and heating system had broken. Extra blankets supplied and a small heater helped. its more of a hostel style hotel. Basic but clean.

A chic hotel close to many downtown locations

The Dean is a very stylish, cozy hotel. It is near everything in downtown and we were able to walk to our destination. Although pricey, I would stay there again.

It was very pricey. There is only one very small and tight elevator. It could cause some claustrophobic feelings. There was also no complimentary amenities, other than coffee.

The location was great, and the staff was very accommodating of my need for an early check-in.

The water coming out of my bathroom sink was brown. The walls were thin and I could here someones entire conversation in the next room, and people walking and talking in the halls. There was a distinct old building smell. The elevator was so old and tiny that it was almost easier to take the stairs than bother with the elevator when youre carrying luggage.
