There is nothing wrong with the hotel. But booking.com canceled my reservation without refunding it. I reached out to customer service and it was never resolved.

Last one at this location

Close to event that we were attending.

Hotel restaurant has the worst service Ive ever seen. Sat for 30 mins and no service. Left without ordering a meal or drink.

The stay was great.

The stay in the room was amazing. The bed was large and the room was perfect. We had a nice view as well. A perfect night overall.

Check in process messages through 3rd party companies. My wife was told she couldn't check into the hotel even though I left a message saying she would be the person checking in. I also gave her the confirmation email. They let her check in because she knew our home address since it was part of the information I used to book. Doesn't make sense that the actual confirmation number could not be used but a home address can. Just a poor experience during the check in process.

Closeness to the location we were visiting.

The beds were terrible and the parking was even worse.

Overall decent as it was just used to sleep and shower.

Location and distance to the main reason we came to RI. Practically right around the corner.

Paying for parking for hotel guest. Never had to do that at ANY other hotel ive ever stayed at. Also our bathroom lights died out. Location did not have extra facilities either such as a pool.

Overall, good experience. But maintenance could be improved.

Location great, loved having parking and breakfast onsite. Bed very comfortable, friendly staff, shower water pressure terrific.

Room features seemed run-down, in need of repair. Toilet flush handle was broken, there were holes in the wall, the noise of the elevator shaft was overwhelming while we were trying to sleep. The TV was so dark it was not fully visible and there was no way to adjust the setting. And we were overcharged for parking.

Never again. Moldy and musty

Staff was very nice

Parking was extra $27, wasnt expecting this! Had no clue! Then the place was old musty, room smelled like mold. Peeling pant, smelled so bad! One of the worst hotels I have ever been to.
