Very poor

Hotel management was terrible. The check in time was supposed to be at 4 but I was told my room was not ready until 6. A lot of people had the same issue and had to wait for more than one to two hours to get in their rooms.

Very good

Could hear all the city noise but that comes with a central location! We where not told of strange heating at check in!

Easy parking,friendly staff

All vending machines where empty! So disappointed since there is no room service. What a missed opportunity for the hotel to make money on people leaving shows a the arena like us!

Stylish and comfortable hotel in the heart of downtown!

Great location and very festive for the holidays! Staff friendly, awesome onsite coffee shops, terrific atmosphere and decor throughout the hotel. Room super spacious and stylish!

In room dining advertised but not available. Online ordering also advertised but not available. Restaurant was just downstairs so still pretty convenient, however, menu was not up to date.
