Amazing staff but really far from the center!!! Good for 1-2 day stay max

Staff really helpful and friendly and we have a stunning view in our room.

Hotel is located really far from Phi Phi center, kinda secluded. The place has a great potential but the premises are a bit old. A renovation would make our staying even more pleasant. Hotel provides snorkeling equipment and kayaks but even though there isn't much things to do.

Overall, stay was pretty good. With some easy changes this property could be amazing.

Loved the view from the rooms. The staff was very friendly and happy. The water/beach was beautiful. The food at the restaurant was pretty good overall.

Not enough transportation to the main pier during the day. The bed in the room was uncomfortable. The light in the bathroom kept going off while showering. The beach only has plastic chairs, no recliners.

Quiet and relaxing place. Kayaks included in the price. Nice snorkeling .

Nice place to stay 1 or 2 nights only to rest, its can be boring to stay for longer as theres no civilization around,

The staffs are very friendly. Everything is very organized. They were awaiting for me at the pier which is very handy as the only way to be at the hotel is by boat. The breakfast and all the food at the restaurant are amazing. The laundry is very helpful. The view from the bangal is stunning.

Wi-Fi is very bad. And the 4 or 5g network doesnt work very well either. When we went by boat to the hotel, the sea was very wavy and we got soaked, the bags from the guests were also soaked after ride. Also I felt a little bit unsafe as the long tail looks very old and they didnt offered us any life jackets.

The location Is very beautiful & extremely peaceful. It is right on the beach which is a lovely beach. The staff are so friendly & help as much as they can. There is snorkeling & kayaking equipment to use, free of charge. The evening food was delicious! It's very secluded and not noisy at all.

Although the location is peaceful,it is very secluded & there is only 2 boats per day to the main part of the island, meaning it is virtually impossible to have a meal or drinks out. This is due to low tide around the cove or the unpredictable tides, the staff advise you to return by afternoon & we struggled to get back to the cove at 5pm! This leaves you limited to the activities you can do whilst staying here. The one 'walking path' to the view points is not really a path & consists of hiking through steep jungle, with many bugs/mosquitos & monkeys! The breakfast is also limited & requires improvement. The rooms were lovely, clean and spacious but the beds were hard & we didn't have a mosquito net, and got many bites! I would overall say yes to staying here again but only for 2 nights instead of 4 as we did.

Would not recommend, specially for someone who does not want to stay in the hotel the whole time.

Liked the smoothies and the view from the restaurant and room. It was a really beautiful and calm location. For those looking for a place to stay for a long time in Kho Phi Phi without accessing other places within the island, it is a great place to get some rest and relax.

There were many things we found less good in this hotel: - The pillows on the beds were uncomfortable. Too high which made our necks hurt. - The bathroom curtain in our room was damaged which made it visible from the outside. Not comfortable to have a shower there knowing that someone could see us naked from the outside. - The door of our room did not close right. - The beach had too many rocks which made it difficult to go to the sea peacefully without worrying about getting hurt. Also, when the sea was low tide there were many sea urchins. My partner got his hand hurt by these on the first day we arrived. - There were no massages available, which was shown in the pictures. - There were no free taxi boats to leave and return to the hotel. Had to pay a minimum of 200 Baht per person on each trip. Only the arrival trip to check-in and the final trip after check-out were free. Also, there were only two available schedules to leave and return to the hotel which were not very convenient. For someone interested in visiting other places on the island this is not a good place to stay. - The food was not that good and it was expensive. Since there were no other options of restaurants besides the hotel we had to eat there. Also, there was a pre-defined required tip value of 10% on the final value, which seemed to be a way to high the prices without customers noticing. This percentage should already be included in the menu prices so that the customers knew in advance the prices that would be paid...they did not even tell us about this percentage. Just gave us the receipt and we had to accept the final price... - There was free snorkeling equipment. However, it did not work properly. Water would get inside the glasses and the breathing tube. Gave up snorkeling on the first minutes we tried the material.
