Room decor tired, externally accessed room, small room, small tv, small bar area, poor draft beer choice, restaurant really cold, menu choices limited. Wifi log on the most complex and tortuous i have ever encountered

Still the nicest hotel in Abingdon, at a reasonable price, despite feeling a little old fashioned.

Superb

An excellent place to stay for a relaxing weekend.

It was an excellent location, close to the centre of Abingdon, the room was comfortable although it was on the first floor with no lift, but I didn't ask for a ground floor one. Staff were excellent, especially the Reception Staff. Breakfast was to a good standard and well stocked.

Very good

Bed and beautiful location

Staff were very friendly, foyer was beautiful and the location was second-to-none.

Bathroom was a bit dingy and the electric shower system made a horrible noise all the time whilst on and kept dropping pressure.

Great hotel. it just needs a few changes

Excellent location and friendly staff. Also, a great price. Breakfast was really good.

The room was small, but ok for a short stay. The mattress was very uncomfortable to soft, and it felt like you were going to fall out of bed every time you move, very soft edges. The shower head was broken, so I couldn't adjust the flow. Also, there is no shelf in the bathroom, so nowhere to put your stuff. Can be easily sorted to make it as good as everything else at the hotel.
