A one night stay in Inverness for a meal with friends, would book again.

-Location -Managed to get one of the limited free parking spaces -Cleanliness -Single bed was super comfortable

-No Breakfast service available in late season , small print I did not read states this, but was not informed until booking made. - Proprietors not actually on the property but were readily contactable.

Great location and hosts! Would stay again!

Really friendly hosts and housekeeper!! Easy check in process too. Everything as described. Super clean. Would stay again! Fab location near all the best restaurants!

The shower pressure was a bit low and the temperature kept fluctuating between hot and cold. Didnt report it as it was our last day when we experienced this. Also the heating could of been kept on longer as the nights got cold buts thats because we came from a more milder temperature so we felt the cold instantly.

The b&b is very comfortable and in a very good position. The room that we had was very tidy and clean, with all the comforts and very calm. I didn't meet in person the hosts but the communication with them was easy and they are lovely!

Small but cosy for one night stay family room

Small room but did the job. Lovely location close to town and river. No person to get us in or out so found it a bit impersonal. Comfy beds and just enough space.

Windows couldn't open? Needs bigger TV and WiFi Fridge in room would be a big help
