A superb B&B would definitely stay there again if in Inverness

An excellent good size bedroom, my initial thought was "it's a pity we're only here for 1 Night!" We had the ground floor room with the en suite just a few paces across the hall, which wasn't a problem as Janice had provided bathrobes. The bed was comfortable and the room was very cosy, a good deal of thought had gone into the presentation. Breakfast was very good with a selection of cooked food, cereals, fruits and yogurt. Janice was extremely friendly and it was nice to sit close to her kitchen at a long table and chat to her and other guests. We were close enough to restaurants to be able to walk, especially after having been in the car for most of the day.

Was perfectly fine for all my needs for the stay in Inverness

The breakfast was excellent and much appreciated. Locally sourced produce makes such a difference to making a good breakfast.

The car parking was a little tricky.

We loved our short time in Inverness with Janice and Kevin and look forward to visiting again

Janice is a riot and makes an excellent scottish breakfast. We loved talking with her and Kevin. The house is beautiful and fully updated and we were very comfortable.

Every single thing! Room was awesome. Room is clean, has a mini refrigerator too. Their home is beautiful along with amazing gardens. Janice provides a customized breakfast to start your day. She has key laminated regional information pages and can answer any question you may have. Run to reserve your vacation here! I will be back next October!

Perfect.

Very clean and spacious. It felt cozy with comfortable beds. Breakfast was special. The host made haggis a blood sausage to try. That was funny. Not my cup of tea. I would really recommend a stay here. It was awesome.
