Good

Outdated, but clean, safe, and inexpensive.

It was an inexpensive accommodation that worked well for a one night stay whilst on the go. The owner/operator was friendly and helpful. It was clean and felt safe.

It is certainly a bit outdated and shabby feeling. The worst part for me personally was the lighting with the only light being a bright central lightbulb. I went to a charity shop and bought a lamp to make it a bit more homey.

I really enjoyed my stay

Location, bus route, cosy room, homely, warm and private. Michael was super friendly and helpful

No bedside lamp. Plugs too far from the bed to keep phone on charge, and still be accessible. Plugs not convenient to the mirror when using electrical hair appliances. Shower a bit difficult to use. Settings not constant.

Beautiful house, private parking area, reasonable price for the stay. We booked a room with shared bathroom, the bathroom is well-equipped.

A bit far from the central but manageable by walking.

Park Guest House

Friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean well appointed and excellent value. Although on the main road it was very quiet. Lovely breakfast with good choice. Definitely recommend and would stay again.

Very good

Very enjoyable and I'd definitely book again.

Location perfect for my needs. Room lovely and dark and quiet at night (most of the time). The owners friendly and helpful. Nice bathroom. Decent breakfast.

My final night I was woken in the middle of the night by someone in a neighbouring room switching on the extractor fan in their bathroom. It would be better if people just switched on the lamp above the sink as that makes no noise.

Location was a 15-20 min walk from the town centre and was near a local coop and takeaways. The room was comfortable and spacious and the host also supplied an item as a special request!
