The Bannatyne Spa Hotel offers a good range of classes like Pilates, clean changing rooms, and a nice pool and steam room. The gym has everything needed for a good workout, but equipment can sometime (Read More)s be broken and take a while to be fixed. The chlorine in the pool area is very strong. Staff are friendly and helpful, but the price is thought to be overpriced and there are some areas that need improvement like the changing rooms and pool temperature.

Superb

Very clean and staff were all friendly. Excellent breakfast. We also dined there, and that was also very nice. Good spa facilities as well, enjoyed sitting in the outdoor hot tubs.

Lovely facilities and fantastic staff

The room had paper peeling from the walls possibly due to a leak from the room above. Was somewhat tardy that it hadn't been properly repaired.

Amazing stay, really recommend

The outside of the hotel was clean, tidy and well maintained and presented and lots of parking space. The bedroom was tidy and clean, it was a lovely size room for a couple! It has room service where you could phone down to the main reception. Staff where very friendly and helpful when welcome you at the doors

Superb

A pleasant hotel about 20 minutes from Hastings seafront, and on multiple bus routes.

Secluded park location on the downs above Hastings, off the Battle Road. Staff welcoming and very helpful. Room overlooking the rear gardens was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a buffet with cooked and continental options. The Restaurant was not overly large, so was managed by allocation of time "slots" which ensured guests were not obliged to wait for a table. Food was well prepared, and presented, and served with a smile. Thank you.

Lovely hotel but needs more attention to details.

The room was lovely and sparkling clean.

The plug hole in the shower/bath was blocked and it was clear that the staff knew this as the plug had been removed and was on the side of the bath. This meant that the bath filled with water as I was showering and was dangerously slippery. Also the shower fitting was broken. There was a very low light in the lift so it was pitch dark in the day time. ( see photo!) The loop tape of awful Christmas songs on the restaurant at both dinner and breakfast was extremely irritating.

Superb

The bath was amazing and the size of it was a real luxury.

I would say that the lighting in room 31 is a bit stark, there isn't any soft lighting over the bed and only two spotlights. This would be the only thing I would improve.
