Superb

Wonderful stay with fabulous breakfast!

Large room with sea view which was a welcome surprise! Fabulous breakfast with many choices. Welcoming host at all times. It was wonderful to be able to park the car and leave it until it was time to go - we could walk to restaurants, shops, along the sea front within minutes.

The TV in our room (room 3) had a rattle which made watching programmes hard work - we did report this before we left so hopefully the next visitors in the room dont have this problem! We had to park quite away from the property - it wasnt a major deal as we only had overnight bags. We may just have been unlucky as it was the first weekend in December but its something Id consider if booking in the future.

A Gem of a Guest House!

Fantastic owners - reallt friendly and made it feel anhome away from home, great breakfast with homemade break and butter and homemade spreads, lovely special touches in the room including chilled water, homemade brownies and biscuits. Loved the sea view from the window. Great quiet location.

The TV made a buzzing noise when on but let John know on check out and he said hed look at it that day. A very minor thing and didnt affect the stay.

Nice place, recommended.

Nice quiet place, friendly folk, nice touches like lavender drops left to put on your pillow as a sleep aid, everything clean and pleasant, did me a packed lunch for the train as I don't do breakfast, all round good experience.

Comfortable

Lovely tasteful house nice clean comfortable bed tastefully decorated big en suite but not heated as towel rail not working window was drafts

Parking was a big concern shame as guest house was amazing apart from being a cold bedroom windows were drafty in bedroom towel rail in big en suite not working

Beautiful place . Lovely chocolate brownies in the room and little lavender biscuits .Amazing breakfast and hosts . Relaxed feel at the hotel and extra touches . We will be back
