Amazing stay, will certainly return

Lovely interior, and amazing, attentive staff. They came to clean daily and even helped organise items. Room service food is great and the hotel is very clean.

Breakfast could have a bit more range but certainly not a deal breaker. I will book again!

AMAZING

The property is really new and very BEAUTIFUL. The staff are so friendly and kind. They literally helped me with any & everything. Its probably one of my best experiences at a hotel.

I like the fact that its in Victoria island, which was close to everywhere I needed to go in the island

So many misrepresentations, the instagram and online photos of the hotel doesnt represent reality.. the bathroom was filthy, the bed frame had paint stain on it.. I paid for suite was told breakfast was only for one person, I have never heard that in my life after paying to much for a suite. Meanwhile everything you see online about this hotel is different from reality. From the looks to the breakfast. Americans avoid this place.

The staff was very rude and unwelcoming. I had to beg to take just one photo with my spouse at their staircase with all the art works. This was a huge problem for them after paying almost N140,000 a night. They wanted me to pay N800,000 for a photo shoot which I declined as I wasn't there to do a photo shoot. They almost ruined our special day as I only stayed here due to the close proximity with the Ikoyi Registry. Coming from the United States where things are done sanely, this was a horrible experience. A picture with my spouse at their lobby was a huge problem for them and I see why many friends discouraged me from staying here. Whoever runs this place should check their staffs behavior as the nicest person to me and my wife here was the bar man who also confirmed to me their prices were outrageous and over priced. I mean I do not mind paying N140,000 a night as their ambience is good looking but they try to make you pay just to snap a photo or two. I have stayed at choice hotels round the world and taking pictures in any part of the hotel was never a problem. Also we couldn't get a good night sleep as there were mosquitoes in the room, for the price they charge this was ridiculous. Worst hotel experience ever and never again. I do not recommend staying here as they choose what they can make off you than caring about your comfort or having a good experience. 0 stars if I can rate that.

Amazing! Inspiring! Soothing!

My stay at art hotel was so lovely! The hotel is beautiful! Staff very friendly and helpful. The pool was quiet and clean! We had a really lovely time! Food was also very nice. What I really enjoyed the most about art hotel is the fact that it inspired me greatly! The art work was truly inspiring!

Nice gym, comfy bed and decent breakfast but all else was mediocre in a typically Nigerian fashion

The information on their website is misleading. I paid for a bedroom for two adults and breakfast included. Only to be told at the restaurant that the room only covers one person's breakfast. This made no sense to me as I paid for breakfast to be included for a room containing TWO ADULTS. Was one person supposed to starve?! Also, the room says it comes with bathrobes and I didn't bring mine. When I requested for it, I was told my room category doesn't qualify when it says otherwise on the website. Lastly, the general finishing of the interior was really poorly done for such a calibre of hotel. As an interior designer, I noticed everything!
