I called the reception and extended my stay for an additional one day and the new staff told me there was no record of an extension and was made to check out that morning. that ended the great experience I had plus an horrible restaurant servicee

Great breakfast options, but poor maintenance of rooms and disorganised check in process.

The breakfast was the best part of this stay, and the part Id recommend. Parking staff and some of the hotel staff were courteous and friendly.

Network issues caused quite a delay with check in, meaning we couldnt get our key cards in time or process payment properly. International card payments didnt work on their pos system so I paid with my Nigerian card, and was left wondering what would have happened if I didnt have this. They increased the price on my bill from what was offered on booking.com, claiming they charge more in person for the taxes (even though I pointed out that its misleading to quote one price with booking.com and then a different price in person). The staff that attended to us was impatient and unhelpful, also initially telling me that breakfast wasnt included in my booking and telling me Id have to pay extra (even though it was), and only checked properly after I insisted it was part of my booking and to check with his supervisor. After a long, drawn out check in process, we were shown to our room which had a number of visibly broken floor tiles. The staff that showed us to our room wanted to leave our luggage there, but I asked for a different room (surprised that they would offer a room in a deplorable state). We were shown to a different room that looked same as pictures online, and seemed better. Unfortunately, after settling in, realized that one of the locker handles was broken, and the soap holder in the shower was broken as well. Quite a disappointing stay, when considering the good reviews Id read about it.

Spacious rooms but poorly maintained facilities, cockroach problem, do not recommend

I stayed for 8 nights in the room with balcony, which was spacious--good for long stays as you don't feel cramped. The view from the balcony (trees and city line) was lovely. Quite a number of the staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Facilities poorly maintained: on one occasion I accidentally opened the door forgetting to remove the safety chain, and half the door frame (top and side) fell on my head. Another day, several hours after they'd cleaned my room, I saw a dead cockroach under the sink. SHUDDER. On more than 1 occasion the ceiling was leaking (4th floor, and dining room). Very few vegetarian options on the menu. Almost every request made (laundry, room service etc) required multiple follow-up phone calls to be actioned. I'm a Radisson Rewards premium member and even though I'd provided my number by email before check-in, they refused to give me my points because I'd booked through booking.com instead of the hotel site. I showed them the information on the Radisson Rewards app which states that you're still eligible for points even when booking through third party. I later received an email via the hotel, inviting me to activate my Radisson Rewards account (maybe so they could finally assign my points)-- but with an entirely new account/membership number?! When I responded sending the original email with my correct membership number and asking them to assign my rewards points there, they simply wrote back saying "Thank you": and did nothing. The surrounding area is heavily congested with traffic especially during rush hour as it's near a large bus stop. I would never stay here again.
