Great hotel we'll definitely come back.

I like the cleanliness of the hotel, the staff were friendly and courteous, the room standards were above expectations, the food was great, the room amenities and complimentary drinks were awesome, we don't have to start looking for water or drinks after a long flight. I love how the hotel placed attention to every details.

I wanted to use credit card because I used it to make our reservation, the machine wasn't working, I had to use cash which wasn't planned, I love to come back but please fix the machine to accept visa or Mastercard.

Good

Very modern and clean. Professional and friendly staff. Blessing was especially helpful.

Th fact that there are signs of poor maintenance. There are signs of deterioration of the shower tiles and the furniture. Its important to keep up the standard ! Dont let the hotel go down

Luxury, ambience, real professional staffs dedicated to good work ethic. I scored everyone of them high from porters, reception, restaurant and bar staffs and housekeepers as well. Very good

The hotel has a very nice ambience with a nice sea view. Rooms are nice as well and the staff are very polite especially the check in officer Blessing who was really helpful. Breakfast was also nice, had it with a beautiful view. Would definitely come again.
